Kia ora folks, and welcome to Sweet As?, where we are deviating from our usual fare of reviews and that to bring you an update, in particular regarding the state of the website and where we plan on going in the near future.
Here at Sweet As?, we aim to deliver content which is engaging and which gives our readers a unique insight into popular culture by reviewing just about anything from a uniquely New Zealand perspective, so they don’t have to, however due to time constraints and other circumstances beyond our control, it has been increasingly difficult to manage the website, to say the least.
As a result, we are going to be placing the scheduled television review of the serial drama series The Luminaries, a co-production between the United Kingdom and New Zealand, on hold at this time, at least until it has finished its broadcast run and when our television reviewer gets a chance to review the previously aired episodes of the show aforementioned for this publication.
In addition to this, we are also going to halt Sweet As? – Pint Sized, our new feature in which our reviews are considerably shorter, at least until our reviewer can watch the content that is being reviewed in its entirety to facilitate writing of a review, as well as take the entire website offline at this time, but please do not worry as we’ll be back.
